The property is set back from the Mira River and about 3 km from the Atlantic Ocean on the coastal plain below the Cercal ridge, a six minute drive from the town of Vila Nova de Milfontes. Milfontes has five wonderful beaches and many renowned fish restaurants as well as some great cafés and bars. The town of Milfontes is on the pristine Mira river estuary.
The original Clay walls have been maintained; they add a great atmosphere to the buildings and create the character of the guest house. The main house is set up as a restaurant and lounge area for the guests. It is in the centre of the property and has views over the pool, the horse fields and the mountains. Guests love to sip a drink in the shade after the day\'s activities and watch the horses stretch and relax under an old oak tree, while an imperial eagle hunts overhead. This Clubhouse has
a reception, bar and dinning area for up to 25 guests.
Covered terrace and an ample sun terrace. It has a bar and Kitchen and a substantial wine cellar and cold store. The Lounge area is well lit and has a large wood burning stove as a feature. Rooms are fitted with high quality wooden tilt and slide double glazed Patio doors. All guest rooms are separated from one another by sound isolation to top hotel standards. The south facing Swimming pool and the wonderful closed garden around it are the perfect place to relax, chill out and enjoy life. The large pool terrace, surrounded by lawns, gardens,and palm trees. Ideal for activities as horse trail riding, mountain biking, sea kayaking, river kayak trips, rock climbing, cliff walking, para gliding, kite surfing and others.
